Set on six beautiful acres with a pond, Gosling Pond Bed & Breakfast is located on a quiet country road in the Sullivan County Catskills only 10 minutes from Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center and the quaint Village of Jeffersonville and Callicoon. There are lot's of things to do in this area of the Catskills.

What makes Gosling Pond different than other B&B’s is that we cater to the more independent traveler. As each unit is completely self sufficient, our guests can choose to dine in or out. You won’t have to wake up at 6 or 8 or 10 am to eat breakfast in someone’s home with strangers… You can sleep in if you like after a long hard week of work and relax into your day. We leave a lite breakfast of fresh baked goods from Beach Lake Bread at your door each morning. We are your personal concierge! Tell us what you want & we’ll get it for you; no time to shop for groceries; arriving late? Give us your list & we’ll have the fridge stocked when you arrive! Need a bottle of wine? We'll get that too!

Guests will enjoy our three full apartments and guest house accommodations each complete with a full kitchen. Enjoy fresh breakfast treats from Beach Lake Bread each morning

History of Gosling Pond

Gosling Pond B&B is owned and operated by Kate Kennedy.

Gosling Pond is the former Gempher Egg Farm owned by the Gempher Family in the 1930’s & 1940’s. The property was purchased in the 60’s and turned into residential housing. When I saw this spectacular property I knew I had to have it! I dreamed of turning the property into a b&b one day…
