Rates:

All rates based on double occupancy/additional guests $25 per night

Mid-week: Mon – Thurs - no minimum stay
Weekends: 2 night min: Fri & Sat / Sat & Sun
Holiday weekends: 3 night min: Fri, Sat, Sun / Sat, Sun, Mon

Unit 1 - House, 3 Bedroom
sleeps 6 / $155 night / weekend $175 – 2 night minimun.

Unit 2 – 1 Bedroom apt
sleeps 3 / $135 night mid-week / $155 night weekends

Unit 3 – 2 Bedroom apt
Sleeps 4 / $145 night mid-week / $165 night

Unit 4 - 1 Bedroom apt
sleeps 2 / $125 night midweek / $145 night weekends

Policies:

We request a deposit in the amount of the rental.
If your reservation is cancelled with 7 days notice
your deposit will be refunded .
Check-in time is 3:00p.m. - Check-out time is 11:00a.m.
All no show's will be charged for full stay.
Applicable taxes will be applied to rental.
Rates are subject to change.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas
Picnic lunches may be ordered, in advance, if needed.

The complete kitchen can help make a longer vacation or visit more enjoyable. We offer reduced rates for a stay of one week or more.

We do not provide Housekeeping. We try to be "green" however we can so in an our effort to conserve water, your linens will be exchanged every two days. You may request additional linens if needed. If you plan a longer stay we can provide Housekeeping and Laundry Service upon request for an additional fee.

Upon check-out please leave the kitchen clean.
If you prefer, we can take of it for a modest $25 cleaning fee.
